The problem

Youth football academies often run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, so evaluations, call-ups and billing end up scattered.

What I did

I built a custom web app that brings player skill evaluations, squad call-ups and automated parent billing into one platform, used by parents, coaches and administrators.

Player evaluations with real-time performance tracking.
Squad call-ups handled inside the platform instead of in chat groups.
Automated parent billing, with email sent through Resend.

The stack is React and Tailwind CSS on the front end, PostgreSQL on Supabase for data, and ordinary Linux shared hosting.

The result

A live platform used by the academy, replacing scattered tools with one set of digital workflows.
